Special Terms & Conditions - Cape Verde
A. TERMS OF BUSINESS
1. Terms
1.1. The following terms of business (the "Terms") form are to be made between CAPE VERDE PROPERTY PORTAL, having its registered office at 12 Burleigh Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2E 7PX and the client (the "Client")
1.2. CVP act as an intermediary and agent for property sellers and may provide the Client with the opportunity to hold, reserve and agree to purchase properties listed on www.cape-verde-property-portal.com (the "Website") from the seller.
1.3. CVP may also, but do not have to, provide additional advice and assistance to the Client after he has agreed with the seller to purchase a property.
2. Client's Benefits
2.1. The Client will benefit from a free inspection trip, subject to the special terms and conditions.
3. Restrictions
3.1. The special terms and conditions only apply to certain units inside Developments to be indicated by CVP
3.2 CVP reserves the right to alter the unit, resort, location and any aspect of the specifications related to the same.
4. Inspection visit
4.1. Inspection visits are based on a maximum of two passengers per trip.
4.2. The inspection visit includes free accommodation (three star hotel) and flights only. All other costs e.g. food or entertainment are the responsibility of the confirmed Client.
4.3. Additional passengers will need to pay the full amount for flights and accommodation.
4.4. The cost of an inspection visit is free and will depart from most major airports in England, Scotland and Wales and Ireland subject to availability and CVP's discretion.
4.5. CVP reserves the right not to offer the inspection visit.
4.6. After reservations and their respective non-refundable deposit has been cleared, the tickets for an inspection visit will be arranged and fixed and are not permitted any change, if any change is required then costs associated to flights and accommodation tickets / vouchers will be deemed as the responsibility of the client.
4.7. This offer is subject to change without notice.
4.8. This offer has no cash value.
5. Special requirements
5.1. In order to be qualified for this special promotion the following requirements must fulfilled:
5.1.1. A non refundable deposit of EUR 6,000 (six thousands euros) must be cleared by the client before an inspection visit is arranged.
5.1.1.B The client must attend a sales presentation and tour of suitable development projects to be indicated by CVP.
5.1.2. Valid UK details must be provided to CVP including telephone number, a UK address and other details required by CVP.
5.1.3. Under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, the Clients must provide CVP with all the necessary compliance documents to verify his/ her/ its identity.
6. Method of payment
6.1. The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
7. Dispute
7.1. The general terms and conditions will apply to the present terms and conditions and will regulate any dispute or disparity.
7.2. If any discrepancy arises between the standard terms and conditions and the special terms and conditions above, the standard terms shall apply unless modified by the special terms and conditions.
